We moved to Hurstbridge in 1990 and lived on a small farm for 7 years and were active within
the local community. While living in Hurstbridge, I was involved in art courses at the Panton Hill Living and Learning Centre, and exhibited locally.
I am a printmaker and painter, who studied printmaking in Melbourne and Toronto with several leading printmakers, including George Baldessin, Noela Hjorth and Keith Howard. I eventually established two businesses, Melbourne Etching Supplies and Print Guild Gallery in Fitzroy. Later, I owned and managed Neil Wallace Printmaking Supplies, which is still an active business following my retirement. I have exhibited extensively, both here in Australia and overseas. More recently, I have run many printmaking workshops at the Firestation Print Studio, Hampton Community Centre and . I am currently involved in making a video on lithographic techniques in Australia which will be released through various outlets in the coming months.
